Enumerated CACHE_CREATION_COST property values. The creation costs property permits prioritizing the cache so low cost objects are flushed before high cost objects (for example, try to keep compiled grammars which have a high creation cost over keeping audio recordings that were simply fetched). Note that implementations may ignore this hint.
