VXIlog interface

VXIlog	Abstract interface for logging errors, diagnostic logging, and event logging.
OSBlog	OSBlog implementation for logging errors, diagnostic logging, and event logging.

The OpenVXI logs through the VXIlog interface. This interface provides a mechanism for error logging, event logging, and diagnostic logging.

The OpenVXI also includes a logging implementation called OSBlog that processes logging requests and outputs the results to a file and optionally standard output.
