initially an education system for the people of where they can go to get food /h#/ there are some leaflets that the 
<army> U. S. army has put out /h#/ /um/ they're in your language and they explain the procedures /h#/ /uh/ to get 
food /h#/ <and> and shelter /um/ i will personally investigate through my commanding officer /h#/ on what is going on 
in your town and maybe /uh/ what has been happening and matter of fact after our conversation /h#/ his command post is 
here and maybe we can get some answers for you [immediate (immediately)] and i could also give you some leaflets to 
take back to give to your community leaders /h#/ and to please try to educate your people on the procedures because if 
they breach those procedures /h#/ /um/ they're probably not going to get <what what's> what's coming to them and 
they're not gonna get it very expeditiously /h#/ so /um/ <if you don't> if you don't mind <let's /uh/> let me take you 
to my commander /h#/ /uh/ which could give you some first hand information /h#/ and then i will give you these 
leaflets and then you can go back to your leaders and talk to them /h#/ <and> and hopefully we can fix this problem in
