american /uh/ tactical vehicles ?/mumble/? and i need you to help us with this that that /h#/ can tend to be dangerous 
and if they're asked to move away from the vehicle it's only for their safety's sake /h#/ /um/ most of the military 
vehicles and soldiers are not authorized to distribute food /h#/ from those individual vehicles <they /noise/> they 
need to go to the distribution centers through their /uh/ community leaders and that's how the food and clothes has 
been distributed /um/ /noise/ you have knowledge that that's been happening or it hasn't been happening in your 
communit
