i know and that is a problem we've recognized /h#/ and /um/ /h#/ we've tried to /uh/ /uh/ inform the soldiers to make 
sure that they understand /h#/ the policy on issuing and giving of food to the locals /h#/ and we need your help on 
that /uh/ we need you to somehow /uh/ explain it to the children /h#/ that we are concerned about them we care about 
them /h#/ but we're not able to give them food it creates more of a problem for us /h#/ to try to do that we're not 
able to do our mission /h#/ it is too much of a distractor /uh/ and is unmanageable for /h#/ the soldiers who are 
responsible for providing security and stabilization /h#/ to be involved in food distribution /h#/ /um/ /um/ i know 
that out of compassion though some soldiers have done that we're trying to /h#/ /uh/ police that up we're trying to 
/uh/ really /uh/ convince our soldiers not to do that /h#/ and i need you to help us in that <[en (endeavor)]> 
endeavor /h#/ by asking the kids please don't beg food from the soldiers /h#/ asking the kids to not come up to the 
post camps where the soldiers are there should be a /crosstalk/ i understand /h#/ /crosstalk/ i understand totally and 
<i wish> /uh/ i wish we could do something more direct for the kids /h#/ cause yes the soldiers have their supply of 
rations /h#/ /um/ <and and and> and they will be supplied with their rations sufficient for every day be willing to 
sacrifice but again against our policy /uh/ and our mission /uh/ we simply can't do that we may never convince the 
children but as an adult /uh/ we do need you to help manage the children /um/ i see loads of children unsupervised i 
see loads of children with no adults /h#/ and so the children have no sense of direction /uh/ no one <is is is> is 
leading and managing them need more adults working with /h#/ /uh/ taking care of the children i mean this problem has 
to be addressed /h#/ at a local level to where the leaders /h#/ are doing something deliberately and intentionally 
/ls/ /h#/ to try to help the children /ls/ /um/ stay within the areas that are safe for them /h#/ the children should 
not be out here and i know that this is a <[di (difficult)]> /h#/ /uh/ less than favorable <situation> environment 
that you find yourself in but we have to work together on thi
