and <that's> that's one of the big problems but we will /uh/ ensure that /uh/ the word gets out to them and that they 
hopefully will no longer bother the soldiers but as you have stated yourself it's difficult the children who are 
hungry and they know americans have food and we will /uh/ try to ensure that the children stay away from the soldier
