right /um/ if food is /mumble/ important because again the soldiers have a mission /h#/ and /uh/ it is a distractor 
for them to do their mission we're here to help /h#/ you know the government stabilize we're here to help structure 
to be estalblished so that /h#/ /um/ peace and freedom can come all the people here /h#/ <and> and it's /mumble/ 
difficult to do that with the soldiers /h#/ responding accidents can occur and we don't want any of the children to 
get hurt or damaged /um/ /um/ the soldiers are going to want to give the children food /um/ but they really are not 
supposed to and they can get in trouble so tell the little children /h#/ that they'll get the soldier in big big 
trouble /h#/ if they /uh/ if they keep asking them for food and they give them food the cities where the distribution 
centers <are> is going to be set up should be places /uh/ particular to <your> your leaders your mayors and your town
