chaplain is to /uh/ see to it that you are able to worship you have the freedom to worship in the confines of the /h#/ 
/uh/ encampment here and this is important to us this is one of our freedoms in america /h#/ that we guarantee every 
person the right and the freedom to worship and /uh/ we certainly want you all to have this while you're her
