Walk-through
The system allows you to construct multi-destination travel itineraries, consisting of air travel, hotel, and car reservations. The system knows about most North American and some European routes. It currently provides up-to-date flight information, and you can ask it for the cost of an itinerary.
Some suggestion on sentence use:
Hello, this is John Doe, and...
... I would like to fly to Boston on October fourth in the morning.
Is there something earlier/later?
Is there a flight on United?
Okay (or) Is there something else?
I'd like to return one day later.
If you are experiencing difficulties, you can say at any time
help to find out what the system knows and what it is expecting
summarize to find out what the system knows
repeat to repeat the information you believe the system misunderstood.
